The Nemco 9010 countertop cold condiment station is durable and easy to use. Its designed to stand up to the unforgiving use of customer self-service, even in the busiest C-stores, serving lines, and other operations. The cold station has a 430 stainless steel exterior and cast-aluminum wells. Built to last, the pans are also made of stainless steel. The pans are deep with curved corners for easy maintenance. The 9010 has a black powder-coated top for an added, attractive touch.
The 9010 has 1/8 horsepower refrigeration and condensing unit. It has the capacity to maintain food at safe and proper temperatures consistently, 32°–41°F or colder. It maintains this temperature regardless of ambient temperatures. It has a digital thermostat control for easy temperature adjustment. It does not require any additional work from operators, such as turning screws on mechanical thermostats. The adjustable thermostat also takes the guesswork out of the operation. It is NSF standard 7 and UL sanitation certified.
