  • Sleep Mode
The function enables the air conditioner to automatically increase cooling or decrease heating 1°C per hour for the first two hours, then holds steady for the next 5 hours, after that it will switch off. This function maintains both energy savings and comfort at night.
  • Temperature Compensation
Temperature compensation function eliminates the difference in temperature between the floor and ceiling by mixing the different layers of air. Consequently, the time for cooling the room is reduced, and a cold offset rising stream of warm air by stirring.
  • Refrigerant Leakage Detect
Indoor unit shows error code "EC" and stops automatically when refrigerant leakage is detected. This protects the compressor from high temperature damage due to refrigerant leakage.
  • Anti-cold Air Function
Indoor fan speed is regulated automatically from the lowest grade to the setting grade according to evaporator temperature when the unit just starts heating operation. This function can prevent cold air blowing out to avoid discomfort to the users.
  • Emergency start
  • Low Ambient Cooling
With built-in low ambient kit or special designed PCB, outdoor fan speeds can be changed automatically according to condensation temperature. The air conditioner can run heating operation even when the outdoor ambient temperature is down to -13°F.

Intelligent on-off technology enables Pioneer products automatically  enter energy-saving mode when standby, cut energy consumption from normal 5W to 1W or 0.5W per hour which counts 80%~90% of saving.
  • 2-way Draining
Both left and right sides of the indoor unit are possible for outstretch of connective piping and drainage hose for easy installation.
  • Follow Me (Remote Thermostat)
Temperature sensor built in the remote controller will sense it’s surrounding temperature. The unit will adjust the room temperature more accurately to give you comfort.
  • 46°F Heating
In heating operation, the preset temperature of the air conditioner can be as low as 46°F, which keeps the room temperature steady at 46°F and prevents the house from freezing when it is unoccupied for a long time in severe cold weather.
  • Chassis Heating Belt
Heating belt is fitted on the base plate of the outdoor unit to prevent defrosting water accumulation, which improves heat transfer efficiency.

      • Clean the Air Filters Regularly: Clean the air filters every 1-2 months. Dirty filters can reduce airflow and the system's efficiency. You can vacuum or rinse them under cold water (make sure they’re completely dry before reinserting).

      • Check and Clean the Coils: The evaporator and condenser coils should be inspected for dirt buildup every 6 months. Gently clean them with a soft brush or use compressed air to blow off debris. Dirty coils reduce the system’s cooling and heating effectiveness.

      • Inspect for Ice or Frost: If the evaporator coil freezes, it can impede system performance. If you notice ice buildup, turn off the system and allow the ice to melt. Check for airflow obstructions or consult a professional if the problem persists.

      • Clear the Condensate Drain Line: Periodically check the condensate drain to ensure it’s not clogged. A clogged drain can lead to water leakage or damage to your system. Use a wet/dry vacuum to clear any debris and prevent water backup.

      • Monitor Refrigerant Levels: Low refrigerant levels can affect cooling and heating efficiency. If you notice decreased performance, the system may need refrigerant recharging. Have a licensed technician inspect the system annually for leaks and refrigerant levels.

      • Ensure Proper Airflow Around the Outdoor Unit: Keep the outdoor unit free of leaves, dirt, and debris. A blocked outdoor unit can cause overheating and reduce the system’s efficiency. Regularly clear the area around the unit to ensure adequate airflow.

      • Inspect the Refrigerant Lines: Ensure the refrigerant lines are in good condition and the insulation is intact. Any damage or wear to the lines can affect system performance. Replace damaged insulation or lines as needed.

      • Check for Unusual Noises: Listen for unusual sounds, such as grinding or rattling, which may indicate internal issues. If you notice such sounds, it’s important to address them quickly to prevent further damage.

      • Schedule Annual Professional Maintenance: Have a licensed technician perform an annual service check. They will thoroughly inspect the system, clean internal components, check refrigerant levels, and ensure optimal performance.

      • Monitor System Performance: Keep an eye on the cooling or heating performance of the system. If there’s a noticeable drop in efficiency or irregular operation, it could indicate the need for professional service.
