- 8 7/8"-deep, 1/2" thick NSF polyethylene cutting board spans the full width—removable for sanitizing
- Patented forced-air design delivers uniform 33 – 41 °F (0.5 – 5 °C) product temps
- Slide-out condensing unit and epoxy-coated evaporator for easier maintenance & corrosion resistance
