The Univex BC18 is an electric food cutter. Easy to use, this BC18 is perfect for pulled pork, parsley, root vegetables, meat, cheese, breads, spreads, dips, and salads. It comes with a 18" stainless steel bowl, which rotates at 22 rpms. The bowl cover interlocks to prevent the unit from running when the cover is not in place. The bowl sensing switch ensures the cutter does not turn out without the bowl being present. The electric food cutter comes with two stainless steel knives. They can complete 3,768 cuts in just a single minute!
