With a 74-quart mixing capacity, the Univex CYCLONE360 hand-held mixer is ideal for preparing mixtures, soups, and sauces. It liquefies soups, and purees fruits and vegetables directly in the cooking pot. It is lightweight and designed to reduce muscle strain and fatigue for operators. The stainless steel shaft, bell, and ABS fiberglass body is easy to maintain. It has a safety device to prevent accidental switches in settings or controls. The CYCLONE360 has a single-speed and cutlery steel knives. Its shaft is interchangeable but it only comes with one - an 14" shaft.

The hand-held mixer is both cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified.
