This Univex SRM12+ Planetary Mixer is engineered for countertop use. It includes a wire whip, dough hook, and bowl scraper. It can mix up to 12 quarts at a time. It has a removable two-piece stainless steel, dishwasher-safe safety guard to help keep operators safe.
