This Univex SRM20+ planetary mixer is engineered for countertop use. It includes a wire whip, dough hook, and bowl scraper. It can mix up to 20 quarts at a time. The SRM20+ uses variable speed controls, allowing operators to set it among 4 fixed speeds or any speed in between. It has a removable two-piece stainless steel, dishwasher-safe safety guard to help keep operators safe. The interlock switches protect operators from injury if the safety guard is open or the bowl is lowered. This planetary mixer is NSF and cETLus certified.
