The SRMF20 20-quart mixer has a two-piece stainless steel and dishwasher safe safety guard. This helps protect operators. The interlock switches protect staff too from injury if the safety guard is open or the bowl is lowered. The hybrid epoxy/ polyester powder coated finish exterior has been NSF approved for a food-safe and sanitary operation.
