The energy-saving flashtube open burner ignition system, with one pilot for every two burners, enhances reliability. Heavy-duty cast grates, easy lift-off 12" x 12½" in the front and 12" x 14½" in the back, accommodate large cookware. The built-in aeration bowl in grates enhances efficiency. Burner knobs remain cool to the touch.

Equipped with two ovens, the left oven is a 23,000 BTU/hr. baker’s depth oven, while the right oven is a 35,000 BTU/hr. baker’s depth oven. Both ovens have porcelain bottoms and door panels, with thermostats adjustable from 250°F to 500°F. Each oven includes two racks with four positions, and the heavy-duty doors require no adjustment.
