Adding versatility, a 24" manual griddle with a 3⁄4" thick plate and a 4" wide front grease trough is included. Burner knobs remain cool to the touch, ensuring safety. The two ovens, left with 23,000 BTU/hr. and right with 35,000 BTU/hr., feature a baker’s depth and an adjustable thermostat from 250°F to 500°F. Each oven includes two racks with four positions, and the heavy-duty doors require no adjustment.

With 1" rear liquid propane connections, rear manifold, and pressure regulator, the total input is 278,000 BTU/hr. The exterior dimensions are 34"d x 60"w x 58"h on 6" adjustable legs, making it an efficient and reliable solution for your restaurant kitchen.
