The oven is cast from refractory cement that holds up wonderfully to heat. It also comes with a multi-piece dome that makes assembly a breeze. For added safety, this unit must be installed on a 4" thick, level concrete slab (sold separately). Perfect for building into your patio or outdoor deck, in as little as 5 hours, you'll have your very own authentic oven and be ready to serve customers delectable, wood-fired pizza.
