With a vertical design, smoke travels easily to infuse whatever is cooking, whether your items are baking or roasting. Plus, the low-profile design helps drive heat towards the cooking desk for faster heating times!

This double-walled oven's interior has a thick-woven fire blanket insulation to withstand the heat. The entire oven, inside and out, is constructed of durable type 304 stainless steel to withstand the wear and tear of commercial use. The 304 stainless steel is highly resistant to corrosion that would otherwise be caused by dripping pizza grease and liquids from other foods. This extra-large capacity pizza oven features 667 sq. in. of cooking surface area. This unit should only be installed on non-combustible surfaces.
