This oven's interior has a tight-woven fire blanket insulation to withstand the heat, while the outside is constructed of durable type 304 stainless steel to withstand the wear and tear of commercial use. The 304 stainless steel is highly resistant to corrosion that would otherwise be caused by dripping pizza grease and liquids from other foods. This extra-large capacity pizza oven features 1,188 sq. in. of cooking surface area. This unit should only be installed on non-combustible surfaces.
