The main body is made from 11-gauge (1/8 inch) steel plate, while the bull bar is reinforced with 1.89"×0.06" steel tubing. The winch plate and mounting structure utilize a robust 9-gauge (5/32 inch) steel plate, ensuring that it can support winches rated up to 12,000 lbs. The addition of a 14-gauge (5/64 inch) stainless steel skid plate not only enhances durability but also adds a sleek finish, complemented by a textured black powder coat and premium E-coating process to prevent corrosion and wear.

Moderate Bolt-on Installation. Installation of the Hooke Road Front Bumper is designed to be straightforward, though it does require some modification. The installation process is classified as moderate and involves trimming the factory front bumper and grille to accommodate the new structure. Professional operation is highly recommended. After the trimming, assemble the components to be a whole bumper. Then place the bumper onto the vehicle frame and tighten up all the bolts. The bumper comes with clear instructions and all necessary hardware, making the installation manageable for those with moderate mechanical skills. With proper guidance and tools, the installation can be accomplished efficiently.
