Tuttnauer Bionova Incubator -  TTN-WTL198-0079

The Tuttnauer Bionova Incubator (#WTL198-0079) can test Biological Indicators for the presence of bacteria after a sterilization procedure.

The Tuttnauer Bionova Incubator is a large biological reader that can hold up to 12 biological indicator vials. It can implement two simultaneous programs in the chamber, with up to six indicators for each program. This reader device is compatible with Rapid, Super Rapid, and Ultra Rapid Biological Indicators. For Rapid Biological Indicators, analysis can complete in as little as one hour or up to four hours, depending on the model of the indicator. The Super Rapid Biological Indicators can complete in 30 minutes to one hour. The Ultra Rapid Biological Indicators are the fastest, at a complete analysis within 20 minutes.

With the advantage of two incubation programs running simultaneously, lab technicians can quickly determine if large loads of sterilized equipment have been completely sterilized and are safe to use. With 12 slots for biological indicators, users can test multiple loads of sterilized equipment to verify the effectiveness of the sterility. The device alerts technicians with a green or red light: green for a successful sterilization, and red for if microorganisms were detected after sterilization.

Features
  • Can incubate up to 12 biological indicators at once.
  • Includes printer for instant results for analysis.
  • Supports Rapid, Super Rapid, and Ultra Rapid Biological Indicators.
  • Colored lights indicate whether sterilization failed or was a success.
