The Giant Lifting Garage Gym Power Rack 2.0 is our most popular rack for home gym enthusiasts. The GGPR is not your standard rack by any means- we didn't cut corners and made tweaks to the design based on our customer's feedback. J-cups are three-pad protected to prevent your barbell from getting damaged when racked. 2" X 2" Steel tubing supports up to 700lbs static weight capacity. Sleek design, laser-cut numbers on uprights every two holes. Extended pipe safeties and extra gussets at the top of each upright add extra stability. 

The internal depth of the rack being 30" allows for a comfortable workout zone. Chromed weight storage pegs store weight plates or stabilize the rack for pull-ups. Many of the features listed above are part of an upgraded package for V2 of this series.

Giant Lifting's Lat & Row Attachment for the GGPR 2.0 is designed to unlock new gym possibilities. There are many exercises you can add to your arsenal with this attachment. The lat and row machine is one of the best value-added decisions you can make for your home gym. 

This attachment has a 1:1 ratio meaning 25lbs loaded will feel like 25lbs resistance. The nylon pulley system leads to a smooth operator feel. The lat/row attachment comes with carabiners and loaded weight pegs suited for 2" diameter Olympic weight plates. The total weight capacity is 450lbs. Start building muscle by performing lat pulldowns, tricep pushdowns, curls, rows, etc.
