RONDO features our special Water Return Channel - a special channel in the lid's rim conducts the condensation back from the lid into the water pan ensuring no water drops the food or on the table. The roll top cover opens gently, due to a special built-in damper. The cover opening is pre-set at 180 º. Lid design allows for easy removal for cleaning. Cord routing system in the RONDO frame allows for safe layering of Heating Element Cord.
