The Vulcan VC5ED single electric convection oven features solid-state controls that enable temperature adjustments from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. It has a 5-hour timer that counts down until food is ready, and its digital display shows how much time is left. To hold a variety of products, the oven has five nickel-plated racks that can be adjusted to 11 different positions. When it’s time to remove product from the cabinet, a switch provides a rapid cool off of the interior for safe retrieval.
To enable operators to monitor food while it cooks, the doors on the Vulcan VC5ED full-size convection oven are made of double-pane glass, and interior lights brighten the view. These doors open individually so employees can access one section of the cabinet at a time. If something goes wrong, on-board diagnostics inform users of the problem, eliminating guesswork when it comes to maintenance. The top, front, and sides of this unit are made of durable stainless steel.
